In Person vs. Online Cosmetology School

The flexibility of learning online vs in person for the foundation of your education in cosmetology and esthetics is key for many! 

Express your creativity and talent in hair, skin, nail care, and makeup application. Upon completion, you will be ready to take the licensing exam!

Aveda Institute offers hybrid learning for our cosmetology and esthetics programs. The combination of online and on-campus education mixes technology with traditional education techniques to provide a cutting-edge learning experience. 

Your virtual learning will include professional development, haircutting theory, and more that will be the foundation for your hands-on education. Hybrid classes start every four weeks. Learn the foundation of your education in Cosmetology online.

Federal student aid is available to qualified students. Those who qualify may be awarded a Pell grant, Direct Subsidized and/or Unsubsidized Stafford Loans, and/or Direct Parent Plus loan. To be considered for aid, a student must complete a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), which is available at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
