Columbus Service Appointments
WHAT TO EXPECT
Please understand that since we are an educational facility, the following apply:
- We are unable to guarantee specific student requests for appointments. Our students' schedules and availability can be subject to change.
- Services will take longer than at a salon. Our students are learning and want to make sure you receive your desired result.
- Services are provided by future professionals under the direct supervision of licensed educators. Enjoy soothing services at relaxed prices.
REDO POLICY
Please reach out within 7 days of the original service and be scheduled 14 days from original service (if possible). Color Correction services do not qualify for a redo as they are multistep processes.
RETURN POLICY
Returns and Exchanges must be completed within 6 months (180 Days) of purchase, accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. Packing of item being returned or exchanged must be two-thirds of the way full upon date of return or exchange. Amount of transaction will be returned to original form of payment.
LATE POLICY
We extend a 15-minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule you for another time.
CHILD POLICY
Services are offered to women, men, and children age 12 and older. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Each child under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult who is NOT receiving a service.
